Tier 1 Media Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 15, 2026
Tier 1 Media is operated by Tier 1 Operation & Logistics LLC to help managed businesses organize media, prepare creative content, review drafts, and connect authorized social accounts. This policy explains how information is handled through Tier 1 Media. It does not replace the privacy policies of the businesses whose content we manage.
Information we process
Client and account details: business names, brand information, social profile links and account identifiers, selected platforms, Google account email addresses, and Drive folder references supplied during setup.
Connected accounts: account or Page names and identifiers, permissions and account-access information returned by the provider, authorization tokens, token expiration information, and connection verification records.
Creative work: selected photos and videos, file names and identifiers, captions, creative briefs, generated outputs, and saved content drafts. Media may contain personal information about people shown or described.
Workflow records: approval decisions, reviewer identity, timestamps, notification records, and publication results when those features are used.
Support requests: the contact details and information you provide when requesting help, access, correction, or deletion.
How we use information
We use this information to match each business with its intended accounts, verify authorized access, organize selected media, generate requested creative work, route content for review, carry out supported and approved publishing actions, troubleshoot errors, and respond to requests. Connecting an account does not itself publish content.
Facebook and Meta
The Facebook connection requests permission to list managed Pages, read Page content and engagement, manage Page posts, and access business-management information needed to identify authorized business Pages. The current integration retrieves Page names, IDs, access tasks and tokens to find and verify the intended client Page. It saves the matched Page's connection details. Facebook publishing is not enabled in the current version.
The current connection does not import personal friends lists, private messages, or follower contact lists. Meta credentials are entered through Meta's authorization screens; Tier 1 Media does not request your Facebook password.
Google Drive and other platforms
The Drive connection requests Google account identity and Drive access. Its requested Drive permission is broader than the configured media folder. The app uses configured Tier 1 and client folders to browse and retrieve media and to save outputs when requested. Saved folder links do not themselves grant access: the signed-in Google account must have permission to the files.
When enabled and authorized, other integrations may process account identity, channel details, public-video statistics, or publishing information. Saving a platform's profile link does not mean that platform is connected. Each provider's authorization screen identifies the permissions requested.
AI generation and sharing
When a user requests AI image editing or caption generation, the selected reference images and accompanying instructions or notes are sent to OpenAI to perform that request. Do not select confidential or personal material unless you are authorized to use it for that purpose. Social authorization tokens are not part of the creative brief sent for generation.
Information is shared with the providers needed for the requested function, including Google for Drive and identity, Meta for Facebook connections, OpenAI for AI generation, and an authorized social platform when publishing is supported and requested. Review materials may be shared with designated client reviewers. These providers process information under their own applicable terms and privacy policies. We may also disclose information when required by law or necessary to protect the service and people's rights. Tier 1 Media does not sell personal information.
Storage and retention
The current app runs on an operator-controlled Windows computer. Saved social authorization credentials use Windows user-bound encryption. Client configuration and workflow records are stored separately; this does not mean all media and app data are encrypted. Google Drive media and outputs saved to Drive remain in the relevant Google account. The Drive session token is held temporarily in the browser and cleared on disconnect or expiration.
Saved client records, drafts and workflow history remain until removed; the current app does not automatically purge all records on a fixed schedule. Expiration of a connection does not automatically erase its stored record. We retain information only for the service, requested work, and applicable legal or security needs, and handle deletion requests as described below. No storage or transmission method is completely secure.
Your choices and deletion
You can decline a connection, remove permissions through the provider, and ask Tier 1 to access, correct, or delete information held about you. Removing a connection is different from deleting saved client records, creative files, or content already posted elsewhere. See the Tier 1 Media Data Deletion Instructions for the request process and scope.

Children and changes
Tier 1 Media is intended for adult business users, not children. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us to request review and deletion. We will update this policy when our practices change and display the revised date on the published page.
