Tier 1 Media Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: October 15, 2026

Tier 1 Media is operated by Tier 1 Operation & Logistics LLC. You can request deletion of information we hold about you or a business account you are authorized to manage. You do not need access to the local app to submit a request.

1. Send a deletion request

Email marc@tier1operationlogistics.com with the subject Tier 1 Media — Data Deletion Request.

Include your name and reply email, the business or Page name and profile link or Page ID, and what you want deleted. For example, request removal of a Facebook connection, all stored Meta data associated with your account, a client profile, or particular media and drafts. If requesting removal of a photograph or other personal information, provide enough detail for us to locate it.

Do not send passwords, access tokens, API keys, or identity documents. We may ask for limited additional information to verify your identity or authority over a business account before deleting its records.

2. Stop account access

For Facebook, open your Facebook settings, find Business integrations (or Apps and websites, depending on where the connection appears), select Tier 1 Media, and remove its access. An authorized local operator can also choose the client in Tier 1 Media, open its Facebook connection, and select Remove local connection.

Removing the local Facebook connection deletes that client's saved Page authorization, Page name, Page ID and connection verification record from the connection store. It does not revoke Meta's permission grant or delete the separate saved client profile and creative work. Revoking access on Facebook also does not automatically delete every record held by Tier 1; send a deletion request for those records.

For Google, remove Tier 1 Media's access through your Google Account's third-party connections. Disconnecting Drive inside Tier 1 Media clears the active app session but does not revoke Google permissions or delete Drive files.

3. What happens next

We review the request, verify authority where necessary, identify the information involved, and remove the applicable data under our control. This may include saved connection credentials and metadata, client profile information, selected drafts or media copies, and associated workflow records. We will reply with confirmation when the request is completed, or explain any information we need or any limitation that prevents completion.

Deletion is handled manually; this page is an instructions page, not an automated deletion endpoint. If a limited record must be retained for a legal obligation, security need, or a record of your request, we will explain the reason where permitted. Any retained backup copies must remain restricted and must not be restored for routine use after deletion.

What deletion does not remove

Deleting Tier 1 Media data does not delete your Facebook account, business Page, Google account, or other social account. Files in a client's own Drive, content already published to social platforms, and copies independently held by third parties require action with those owners or providers. Identify any Tier 1-controlled Drive copies or published content you also want removed so we can address them explicitly.

For questions about a request, reply to the same email thread and include the business or Page name.
